DISCLAIMER 

Engines must be installed within seven days of delivery. Follow these steps for engine installation: Install a new water pump and thermostat, change the oil and filter before starting the engine, check and possibly replace the radiator and timing belt, and install new oil seals and gaskets as required (oil leaks are not covered by our warranty). It’s essential to keep all service records and receipts for purchased parts. Replace turbos and fuel systems as needed (note that turbos and fuel systems are not covered by our warranty). If contamination from the old engine affects the fuel system, a complete cleaning or replacement of the fuel cooler, tank, and fuel lines is necessary.

Return Policy:

We accept returns of engines within 10 days from the delivery date. Returns of damaged or faulty parts are permitted. Returns for trial or testing purposes are not accepted. Customers must contact Blue Prism Automotive prior to disputing charges. If a part is damaged upon delivery, customers should notify us via phone or email within 36 hours. For warranty or refund eligibility, customers must provide documented proof of installation within seven days of receiving the part.

Cancellations after an order has been processed and shipped incur a 25% handling and restocking fee, plus shipping costs.

Parts disassembled or modified for testing are ineligible for return.

Parts returned that do not match the originally shipped item will not be refunded. Unique markings identify our parts.

Returns of items not in their shipped condition (except for verified shipping damages) will be refused.

Contact our customer support if you receive a damaged or faulty part. DO NOT RETURN WITHOUT A PRIOR RMA (Return Material Authorization).

It is the customer’s responsibility to return the part. A tracking number must be provided to us upon return.

The part must be sent back within seven business days after receiving the RMA.

The return address will be communicated when we issue the RMA. Parts must be sent to the specified address.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Incorrectly shipped items must be sent to the address specified in the RMA instructions at the customer’s expense.

We offer a replacement or a full refund once the returned part is received and inspected. Upon approval, a credit request will be submitted to accounting. Refunds are issued once the returned part is inspected and approved.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15 business days after refund confirmation.

A 25% restocking fee and deduction of shipping costs may apply if parts returned do not meet our warranty specifications and are outside the warranty period.

Returns outside the warranty period are not refundable and will be sent back to the sender. Parts must be received within 14 days from the original delivery date for acceptance.

Warranty Policy

 Before ordering, please review our Warranty, Return & Exchange, and Terms & Conditions: Our warranty covers only defective or incorrectly sent parts, offering a parts-only warranty.

We provide a Standard 30 Days ‘Parts Replacement Only’ Warranty.

An extended (30+60 days) warranty is available for purchase, pending confirmation from Blue Prism Automotive.

Labor costs are not covered under our warranty.

We first attempt to replace defective parts. If unavailable, we refund the purchase amount.

If a reorder occurs before the initial part is returned, payment for the second part is required until the first is received and processed.

We sell used engines as “Long Blocks” which include the engine block and cylinder head. Only internal lubricated parts like crankshafts, camshafts, pistons, valves, lifters, and engine timing components are covered. Timing belts are excluded from the warranty and should be replaced during installation.

Accessories such as turbos, valve covers, starters, air compressors, alternators, power steering pumps, optical distributors, or electrical water pumps are generally not included or covered under warranty. These items are considered high-wear and are your responsibility if needed.

Shipping Policy

Additional charges apply for shipments without a Liftgate as per the carrier. We evaluate shipping or delivery timeframes based on location, with an estimated 3 to 7 business days. These are approximate times; we aim to keep you updated and deliver your parts promptly. We define “Business Days” as Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and any holidays falling on weekdays.
